In 1941 the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) and the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) jointly formed the National Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (NJATC) to produce the best trained electrical workers in the country.

IBEW-NECA Electrical Apprenticeship
The apprenticeship committee will give you job training assignments with various electrical Contractors to afford you a well rounded experience on the job.
In order to apply for entrance into our program, an applicant must meet qualifications.
Union Wages, Pension Plan, Annuity Plan, Health Insurance, FREE Training, Safe Working Conditions, Earn While You Learn!
Lessons will include: History and Structure of the IBEW and NECA, First aid, safety, CPR, Tools and material, AC-DC theory, Fire Alarm, Motors and control, Programmable Logic Controllers, Conduit bending, Process control, Blueprint reading and much more.
To succeed in this program one must have good math skills, mechanical ability and be prepared to work in all sorts of conditions.
